Brisbane’s Southbank at Dusk

Brisbane’s Southbank precinct is a lovely spot to wander, especially at dusk.

I am attending the International Conference on Legume Genetics and Genomics (ICLGG) in Brisbane, so unfortunately I have not had much of an opportunity to explore the city. However, I did manage to escape for a brisk evening walk and capture a few photos around the Southbank precinct at dusk. The small fairy lights along Little Stanley Street give the area a magical feel…

And the Brisbane River makes Melbourne’s Yarra look like a suburban creek….

There are actually some lovely walking spaces around Southbank. I wish I’d had more time to explore them further.
